Leadership Development Year
WHAT IS IT?
The Leadership Development Year (LDY) is a brand new part-time programme for young adults who want to deepen their relationship with Jesus while learning how to lead and serve in the local church. You will be part of the Penny Lane Church team, gaining practical ministry experience alongside teaching, mentoring and leadership development.
25 hours per week, allowing you to work alongside the programme if needed.

Hands-on ministry placements across church life
Mentoring and coaching from church leaders
Attend key conferences and church gatherings including Focus and The Summit
Leadership training alongside the staff team
Monthly leadership book club

COST
£650 for the year
This covers course materials, training, conferences and programme costs.
Participants arrange their own accommodation, but we can help connect you with church families who may be able to offer a room at reduced rent.
